- You need of chicken tenders.
- You need cups of honey mustard sauce (1 cup mayo + 1 cup honey-mustard).
- It's 2 cups of panko bread crumbs.
- Prepare 2 cups of coconut unsweetened dessicated.
Coconut Chicken Tenders instructions
- Let the chicken strips marinate in the honey mustard sauce for atleast an hour, overnight is good too.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Mix together the crumbs and the coconut. Next coat the strips with the mixture. Shake off any excess crumb mixture and place the well coated strips on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Let it bake for about 25mins or until it is fully cooked through.
- Serve this hot with some sauce, a tomato sauce should do fine....
